When you use the TruthLens extension, we collect the following information only when you explicitly trigger an analysis (by clicking the extension icon):

• Product Data: We extract product details such as title, price, image, rating, and reviews from the current page to perform our analysis.
• Screenshots: We capture a visible screenshot of the product page to assist in analysis and report generation.
• URL: We collect the URL of the product page you are analyzing.

We do not collect browsing history, search history, or personal identification information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely for the purpose of:

• Analyzing the product to provide you with a "TruthLens Report".
• Generating a score and summary of the product's value and authenticity.
• Displaying the analysis results to you.

3. Data Storage

The analysis reports (including the product metadata and screenshot) are stored on our secure servers to allow you to view and share the reports. We do not sell this data to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Google Cloud Platform (Firebase, Cloud Functions) to host our services and store data. Their privacy policies apply to the data stored on their servers.
